I’ve been completely enamored by autumn this year. The combination of our incredible endless summer weather and the colors that nature presents us with has me stopping to snap photos everywhere I go. This is the gravel road on the way to Cowichan River Provincial Park. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite places to get out into the middle of nowhere to enjoy the quiet beauty of nature without cell service and completely unplugged from the world. I’ve driven past Goldstream Park more times than I can count but I’ve never actually followed the road that goes through it. Today I turned off the highway to see where it leads and it was a super cute one-lane road through the park and into a residential area on the other side that I never knew existed.
