Mariska has worked in an Operations Manager capacity in the web design / development industry for the past 7 years. Her experience lies in all areas of business management, including corporate, government, banking, bookkeeping and client facing areas of business.

She has recently shifted her concentration area and will complete her certificate in Project Management from UBC in May 2012. Mariska is aiming to shift into a more project oriented role in the web development, online marketing and/or software development industries.

Besides her interest in online media, she also has a creative side with photography. While her photographic passion lies in travel photography, she has shot for clients such as Estee Lauder, Molson Coors, ING Direct, and Shawnigan Lake School. to name a few. One of her most exciting photographic experiences has been have been awarded photographic media accreditation and to shoot the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver.

The combination of Mariska’s business and photographic talent make her an experienced, smart, well-rounded individual, capable of creative solutions in any business environment. She would be an asset to any company she chooses to join.
